OP-17 The World's Strongest Warriors is the One Piece Card Game's 4th Anniversary set, and the first to get a global simultaneous release. It takes the Straw Hat Crew into Elbaf, brings the Rocks Pirates into the game, and introduces the most premium Leader treatment the game has printed so far.

About The World's Strongest Warriors (OP-17)
OP-17 lands on three fronts. The Straw Hat Crew arrives in Elbaf, with Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp and the rest of the crew getting a full run of cards in Elbaf attire. The Rocks Pirates join the battle, led by the debut of Rocks D. Xebec (OP17-118) alongside Edward Newgate, Kaido, Wang Zhi, Captain John and Ganzui in their Rocks-era forms. And the Four Emperors assemble, giving the anniversary set its headline collector cards.
As the 4th Anniversary release, OP-17 also carries the game's new premium card treatments, including the first Super Leader Alt-Art.
