About The World's Strongest Warriors (OP-17)
OP-17 lands on three fronts. The Straw Hat Crew arrives in Elbaf, with Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp and the rest of the crew getting a full run of cards in Elbaf attire. The Rocks Pirates join the battle, led by the debut of Rocks D. Xebec (OP17-118) alongside Edward Newgate, Kaido, Wang Zhi, Captain John and Ganzui in their Rocks-era forms. And the Four Emperors assemble, giving the anniversary set its headline collector cards.
It's also the first One Piece Card Game set to launch worldwide simultaneously, so English stock lands alongside Japan rather than behind it.
